自然疗愈理念下康养空间室内环境设计探索

摘要：随着健康中国战略推进和大众康养观念更新, 康养空间已不再只是提供照护和休憩的场所, 也承担着情绪舒缓、身心调节和生活品质提升的功能。自然疗愈理念强调自然环境对人的恢复作用, 为康养空间室内环境设计提供了新的思路。本文结合疗愈环境、森林康养、社区养老设施和注意力恢复理论等研究成果, 分析当前康养空间室内环境中医疗感偏重、自然元素不足、色彩灯光单一和人文关怀薄弱等问题, 并从生态自然性、身心适配性、情绪疗愈性和安全舒适性四个方面提出设计原则, 进一步提出自然景观渗透、光影氛围营造、疗愈色彩系统、自然材质运用和五感体验构建等策略, 为康养空间的自然化、温和化和人性化设计提供参考。

Interior Environmental Design of Health-Promoting Spaces from the Perspective of Natural Healing

Abstract：With the promotion of the Healthy China strategy and the renewal of public wellness concepts, health and wellness spaces are no longer limited to care and rest.They also support emotional relief, physical and mental adjustment, and the improvement of life quality. The concept of natural healing highlights the restorative value of nature and offers a new direction for interior environmental design of wellness spaces. Based on studies of healing environments, forest wellness, community elderly care facilities, and attention restoration theory, this paper analyzes common problems in current wellness interiors, such as an excessive medical atmosphere, insufficient natural elements, single color and lighting design, and weak humanistic care. It then proposes design principles of ecological naturalness, body and mind adaptation, emotional healing, and safety and comfort. Further strategies include natural landscape penetration, light and shadow atmosphere creation, healing color systems, natural material application, and multisensory experience construction. The study aims to provide a reference for more natural, gentle,and human-centered wellness interior design.
